Tressa Giordano & Laura Eldredge
Founders of The SEEDS Network, LLC

Tressa Giordano is one of the co-founders of The SEEDS Network, LLC, which has been providing online resources and professional development to early childhood professionals for over 8 years. She has presented workshops at schools, libraries, book stores, and local and national conferences.  The SEEDS Network, LLC has presented on many topics, their most popular focusing on their successful Book & Boogie™ program.   In addition, Tressa is the Youth Program Coordinator for Ellington (CT) Youth Services and the district’s School Readiness Liaison. She has extensive experience in working with youth ages infant through high school, providing support and training for parents, creating large-scale community events and trainings, working with town and community departments, and networking with statewide agencies.  Through her work in Youth Services, Tressa has become a certified QPR Gatekeeper Instructor (Question, Persuade & Refer for Suicide Prevention), a certified Dancing Mindfulness Instructor, as well as a certified Zumba® Fitness Instructor.

Tressa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Early Childhood Education, and continues to successfully train and coach early childhood professionals in implementing CT Early Learning Development Standards, the CT DOTS and NAEYC accreditation. Her 11 years of directing a state licensed and NAEYC accredited program have also provided her with a great deal of knowledge and first-hand experience.  She has acted as an Early Childhood Education Consultant for several programs throughout CT for 9 years. Tressa’s passion for helping educators and programs reach their full potential motivates her to continue to work in the field of education.


Laura Eldredge is one of the co-founders of The SEEDS Network, LLC, which provides early childhood teachers with professional development and online instructional resources. For the past 8 years, she has presented workshops at schools, libraries, book stores, and local and national conferences. The SEEDS Network, LLC has presented on many topics, their most popular focusing on their successful Book & Boogie™ program. In addition, Laura currently manages a corporate training and development program at Plimpton & Hills Corporation.

Laura also has prior experience as a preschool teacher and curriculum coordinator for a NAEYC accredited program in CT. She directed and trained teaching staff in the implementation of preschool curriculum; and developed a computer-based classroom portfolio management system. Prior to entering the field of early childhood education, Laura spent 16 years in information technology and holds degrees in Computer Science and Business Administration.  She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Instructional Technology at the University of Saint Joseph.
