Ana Elisa Franco
Research, Evaluation, and Data Specialist, All Our Kin

As Research, Evaluation, and Data Specialist, Ana Elisa is responsible for managing All Our Kin’s data and contributing to the evaluation of a variety of programs to ensure high standards are met. Her passion for promoting and improving social services for families comes from her experience as an adoptee. Ana Elisa earned a Master of Public Policy with a concentration in Children, Youth, and Families from The Heller School for Social Policy and Management at Brandeis University. Her capstone project explored institutional policy options to address workplace challenges. Previously, she served as an AmeriCorps VISTA member at Journey Home, Inc. customizing and implementing a web-based universal housing application for people experiencing homelessness in the greater Hartford region. Ana Elisa was a visiting fellow with the Education Pioneers 2017 Tri-State cohort. She earned a B.A. in Critical Theory and Social Justice from Occidental College in Los Angeles, completing her senior comprehensive project on first/birth mothers and the effect of public perceptions on law and policy.
