1. When will I be able to register for the conference?  REGISTRATION for the 2022 joint Childhood Conversations and Together We Will be available after February 21, 2022.  The 2022 conference registration deadline is March 31st, 2022.  You can receive regular updates on registration, available workshops and all other conference details by following us on Facebook – or by subscribing to our email mailing list.
  2. I am interested in being a part of the conference, how can I volunteer? If you or your organization are interested in being a part of the conference, contact Dr. Ken Anthony at partnerships@childhoodconversations.com for more information.  We welcome new ideas and constructive feedback to improve the conference experience for participants and stay true to the purpose of the event. (Not applicable for 2022)
  3. Are refunds available? Unfortunately, refunds are not available.  However, if you find you are unable to attend the conference after registering, you may transfer your registration to another person by contacting the conference committee at registration@childhoodconversations.com at least 24 hours before the start of the conference. (Not applicable for 2022)
  4. Will there be a vegetarian choice for lunch?  Yes, we work closely with the hotel chef to ensure meals are prepared so that everyone can enjoy them.  (Not applicable for 2022)
  5. I need a special lunch, does the conference accommodate this? The conference will make every effort to address dietary needs. A note should be sent along with your registration indicating the needs.  All needs must be communicated to the Childhood Conversations Conference committee by the registration deadline indicated in the registration materials. (Not applicable for 2022)
  6. Can I get a receipt for my check mailed in? Yes, if you supply a self-addressed stamped envelope along with your completed registration and check.  Confirmation of the check will only be mailed if you include this. (Not applicable for 2022)
  7. Will I receive a certificate of attendance? Yes.  You will receive a certificate of professional development after the conference by email.   Please note you must use the correct email you wish to receive your certificate upon registration.
  8. Is there any way to access the handouts after the conference? It is at the discretion of the presenter.  All presenter information is contained in the conference materials.  If a presenter elects to have materials available after the conference and has arranged this with the Childhood Conversations Conference prior to the event; then they will be posted on our website soon after the event.
