For the past ten years, this conference has brought together early childhood professionals, parents and educators from around New England.
This year’s Conference is taking place on Saturday, April 22, 2023, at the Hartford Marriott Downtown in Hartford, CT.
A key component of our conference are exhibitor and sponsor organizations that are available for participants to learn about and network with! If you have a business or organization that would like to register for table space at our conference, please review the information below.
The vendor fee is $150.00 ($50 for non-profit organizations).
– All exhibitors will have one 6-foot table. Additional tables are available for a fee.
– Exhibitors will be showcased on our social media channels prior to the conference and in our conference program.
– Electricity is not available for all tables, please fill out the request section of the application if you would like electricity at your table.
– Meals are not included in the exhibitor fee. You are welcome to bring your own breakfast and lunch or purchase our meals.
How to apply
Please fill out the vendor registration form and specify form of payment. If you choose to pay by invoice, please note invoice must be paid in full in order to promote sponsorship options.
